Exactly. I had a discussion with a nephew who, on his 18th birthday rushed out and got one of the ugliest full-chest tattoos I have ever seen. He said it was his way of showing his "individuality". I told him if he wanted to do that he could have NOT done what all his friends have done and wasted his money on an ugly tattoo. His parents both said they didn't like it but that he was now an adult and they could not stop him. I asked them who paid for it and how he got there. They paid and they gave him a ride. Yes, they are liberals.
“..one of the ugliest full-chest tattoos They [the parents] paid and they gave him a ride.”
How can you fight this? (rhetorical question) Is there anything to do other than to stand aside and let things play out? (serious question)
