May 2012 Anonymous emails, ultimately traced to Broadwell, were [FIRST] sent to Gen. John Allen, the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, and several other generals warning them to stay away from Kelley, the Florida socialite. The emails came from the pseudonym "Kelleypatrol" and included notes on Allen's plans to see Kelley in Washington the following week. Concerned about how anyone else would know about his personal plans, Allen forwarded the emails to Kelley to see whether she was playing a prank on them. Other generals also forward to Kelley copies of emails they received.
Early June 2012 Kelley begins receiving additional emails directly from various anonymous email accounts claiming she's up to no good. One email mentions Petraeus and an upcoming social event in Washington.

Why isn't that FACT a headline in itself? Is this the first time that fact has been made public?...or am I just catching up to the Kelley end of the Benghazi atrocity?
Why did no reporter think that that fact deserved a headline all its own? Weeks before Broadwell ever emailed Kelley, she first emailed several generals to warn them to stay away from Kelley.
Did a broke and desperate Kelley try to extort money from Petraeus?
Have they determined who was paying for all of her travel?
That seems like a dumb way to handle that.
Which one is the crazy one? Broadwell? or Kelly?
I think Broadwell is the crazy one. Sending anonymous emails to generals, that is just crazy stupid.
lol FN, how does that ever stop you? I'll start with this, and see where it goes.
The John Edwards affair comes to mind. He paid her campaign money to do jobs she was not qualified to do. Broadwell, never written a book in her life gets full and complete access to Patreus and gets free travel out of it to work on the book. Sounds to me as thought the book was just a cover for them to continue the affair.
They could use a little Bible time:
“No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier.” 2 Tim. 2:4
Granted...but why did Broadwell even send these emails to the generals-—despite how Allen, and other generals, handled them?
IMO, that fact puts Broadwells FIRST emails (albeit unwise and misguided) in another category, i.e., other than the MSM story of a cat fight between two females.
I think you’d have to ask her.
Why do they call her a writer or biographer?
She never wrote a book in her life,
AND DIDN’T EVEN WRITE THIS ONE!
She had a ghost writer.

I think she got this job via her skillful use of kneepads.
Sex under the desk as they called it in their emails.
But, thankfully, all those annoying questions to Oblamer about his role in the Benghazi catastrophe are now swept under the oval orfice rug.
But, you can read some of Mrs. Kelley's emails to the Tampa Mayor talking about her[including her husband] visiting with Mr. Petraeus in DC. That was in May.
Just from a cursory view of her emails, dam, she is emailing everyone. Enjoys the social life and supporting the military.
Kelley (AKA Gilberte Khawam) is a "Lebanese Christian, the hand-picked lobbyist for the Brotherhood at Central Command.
Think about it.
WHOA!
“I think youd have to ask her.”
She is not going to tell...and neither is Petraeus.

Before I found the most recent timeline, I had posted earlier:
What boggles my mind is if Kelley was that close to Petraeus and his wife, WHY, when Kelley began receiving the “threatening” emails, would she not contact Petraeus first, before she went to her FBI friend? I also think it is highly unlikely that Kelley would not have known about Petraeus’ affair with Broadwell.
Despite the disposition of Petraeus and Broadwell’s relationship today (and even considering that they ended the sex when Petraeus said they did (July 2012), they remained on very friendly terms at least up to their public exposure, if not to this day. It doesn’t make sense.

In light of the new timeline-—and Broadwell’s warnings to the generals BEFORE her emails to Kelley-— one scenario that makes possible “sense” is that a broke and desperate Kelley tried to extort money from Petraeus.
I would agree, although according to this timeline, the affair started later:
November 2011 Petraeus begins an extramarital affair with Broadwell, according to retired Army Col. Steve Boylan.
I believe she was deliberate in all things. She took down a general....a big notch I'm sure.
So it wasn’t a “get away from my man” email, as reported, but a “STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN!” email.
This questionable woman.
