I remain unconvinced that Jews own the media.

Now, lets say I’m wrong. What would that indicate other than that they were smart business people, had applied themselves, and done exactly what we want people to do in our society.

The whole premise is a loser argument from a-z.

I’m not talking about the forum here, but do we as a people believe in free enterprise or not? Murdock should. He’s been exercising that right for decades.

As a media baron himself, Murdoch is well aware that Jews do not own all the media. He was clearly referring to a small number of specific Jews, and the media outlets they own.

Surely, you are not trying to deny that some Jews own some media outlets. Would you agree that some of these outlets have an anti-Israel bias?

He didn’t say that Jews own the media. He was appalled that the Jewish-owned media outlets, and there are many, are so pathologically anti-Israel. I concur, and that is no reflection whatever on free enterprise. They are free to make asses of themselves, and Rupert and I are free to wonder at the phenomenon. But I wonder if a look at SEC filings might reveal a major shareholder in some of those outlets, such as the Saudis.
