our legal team does not believe there are enough over-counted, undercounted or fraudulent votes to change the outcome of the election.

So can we finally shelve the "we lost because of vote fraud" conspiracies? West lost because more people voted for the other guy. Sad, but true. His district became more Democrat after redistricting and those additional Democrats predictably voted for a liberal to represent them. It sucks that there are so many idiots in this country voting for Democrats, but there it is. We did not lose the November elections because of vote fraud. Every moment good people cling to that fantasy is an additional day we are not honing our message and election strategy going forward.

Do you see the blue districts compared to the red districts in this country? Obviously, the large population centers vote Democrat. Why don’t you believe that Congressman West lost because of vote fraud? That obviously supports your argument that “more people voted for the other guy,” like illegals, the dead, children, and vacant lots, along with I’m sure many ballots with West’s name marked off not being counted and probably being thrown away.

What is so hard to see that shadow operators are moving faster, drawing this country down harder?

....ahhhh, you have no idea what you are talking about or are a tiresome troll. There is evidence of massive fraud and will be more every election since the Stalinists won’t give up any power without a dishonest fight. Have you skipped all the links to hard evidence in other threads? you’re quite the waste of bandwidth at this point...

ymmv

I don’t buy your “lets move on” regarding voter fraud. I bet there were plenty of illegals voting and people who cast mulitiple ballots to win this election for BHO and Murphy. Voter fraud is easy to perpetrate and hard to prove after the election is over and votes are counted.

With the method they use trusting the county officials to count the votes is so easy to manipulate. Just have voter role sheets ready to go and enough ballots to match and voila more Obama votes! I am an election judge and the votes are counted as people vote not after the fact. Poll lists must correspond with the number on the machine. It would be difficult to cheat.

By not entering into a long drawn out contest he cannot win, he should have the ability to make a comeback in 2014. Much different turnout dynamic in an off year election.

While I agree overall, I think we do have some real vote fraud problems and voter integrity issues to deal with. We see these situations in several big cities where the party observers are forced out for a few hours. We see precincts with murals and posters with the Democratic candidate on the wall, and workers wearing Obama hats. With early voting and absentee and less than desirable voter ID laws, it is more than certain that individuals are voting multiple times. All of these things together do have an impact.

In looking at 2012, however, I don’t feel these things are the primary reason the results came out the way they did. We have a woefully ill-informed public, an opposition with better campaign management, and a party apparatus on our side that is not only behind the times with modern campaign strategies, but very poor at message management and media coordination. This also puts aside the wall of opposition we have to overcome in popular media...news, entertainment and online media. It is a real mess, and vote integrity was a distant problem from these.

Doubtful.

Every moment good people cling to that fantasy is an additional day we are not honing our message and election strategy going forward.

I'm not sure anymore whether people actually want to move forward. It's so much more fun to pour endless effort into the conspiracy theories.

Voter fraud is possible, but the voter impersonation kind that might be prevented by photo ID laws is quite difficult to coordinate in large numbers.

You have to have either a large number of people who pretend to be one other person, or a smaller number of people who vote numerous times. The logistics of a large-scale operation are difficult to keep hidden.

Not that the media is interested in finding it.
