Could be! A local talk show host, Todd Schnitt, who happens to be syndicated across the US, brought up a great point about Humphries: he's really a casualty of all the media hype and spin. The actual "shirtless" picture of Humphries was nothing more than a joke!

The man was joking around at the gun range and "posed" next to a couple of dummies to which he bears an uncanny resemblance, don't you think?

Humphries needs to be left alone in this case. The man is a credit to the FBI and truly is a hero having been involved in taking down the LAX Millennium bomb plot and being instrumental in other major terror cases.

This really is a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
