PETA Wages War Against Thanksgiving Dinner

Almost as irritating as the war on Christmas being waged by certain atheist groups is the war on Thanksgiving dinner being waged by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) as exemplified by its recent demand on President Obama.

We had turkeys when I was a child...and I was taught they were so dumb, they would stand out in the rain, and drown....

I can assure you that the standing in the rain thing is not true . I have raised a few myself outside in Florida where we get some torrential rains and not one of them drown lol

The domestic ones are dumb as a box of rocks though. I had raised a tom with a group of chickens and that stupid bird would try get stuck every once in a while trying to squeeze himself in the little door of the hen house .

Of course they support abortion. More abortion = fewer humans around to eat animals. Serioulsy.

It was probably a metaphor of my Father’s....I do remember also sommeone saying they would starve to death getting their heads caught behind the feedbox...probably another metaphor!!!
