If you don’t like the presumption of saying “when he goes”, we’ll change that to “if”. Not that you’ll like that any better. Because the point isn’t, and you know it isn’t, where he spends his hereafter, but that he’s thoroughly incapable of taking responsibility for the failures of his own actions.

It’s spelled out in the Bible, no judgement involved. IF a person does not believe Jesus* is the ONLY way to the Father/Heaven then they ARE going to hell. By a person’s deeds we know them and Obama’s bad deeds, although not carried out by him, are numerous.
*NOT Jeremiah Wright’s version of Jesus.
