One worker deciding to take the day off is a national story? No media bias here ...

So they are protesting raises of a mere 30 t0 40 cents per hour a year? Have these people ever paid any attention to the incredibly puny raises union members get after long strikes? I’m talking 5 to 10 cents per hour! They want better health insurance? Don’t they like Obamacare either?
Anyone contemplating union me,bership needs to check out that union’s history and pay attention to what the union does, not what they say.

There should be at least 100 people ready to take this genius’s job. He should be thankful that he has one in the Obama Depression.

Other than a handful, it isn’t the Wal Mart workers protesting. It is the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW)which has been trying to organize Wal Mart employees without success for a couple of decades. You can go to their Web Site and see the anti-Wal Mart postings. I laugh when I hear them talk about the need for better wages and benefits at Wal Mart when many employees organized under the UFCW do far worse than Wal Mart employees. The hard truth is the Leaders of the UFCW see Wal Mart as a potential Gold mine of new dues much of which will line the elected leaders pockets. Thatis what this is and always has been about.

Only government unions are keeping their jobs, and even those are going to be disappearing as states, counties and cities tighten their budgets.
This is not a good time for an employee to be walking off the job. But it does tighten up the intellectual gene pool.

One worker ( likely a union plant) and 30 bused in protesters.
Fire the one and have the protesters arrested for trespassing.

Walmart has a high turnover rate anyways:
http://smallbusiness.chron.com/employee-turnover-grocery-15810.html
These ‘workers’ just pulled a “quit with a cause” instead of the usual ‘quit’. If this union-thing wasn’t going on they most likely wouldn’t have bothered to show up for work after Thanksgiving.
Plus the usual ‘union-goons’ newly hired to ‘quit with a cause’

“Walmart employee quits”
Real slow news day in Milwaukee. and a chance to bash Walmart. That is almost as good as bashing Scott Walker.
