This aired on WUWT.TV on November 14th in response to Al Gore’s “dirty weather report”. Engineer and aviation pioneer Burt Rutan gives his presentation on why he doesn’t think global warming/climate change is a problem, by presenting the data that convinced him it is a non-issue from and engineering standpoint. Burt gets a bit fired up in this presentation, saying to me afterwards by email that “it was fun!”.

The Amerimoron public is stupid beyond my ability to describe them. The Amerimorons have decided that “Climate change” is man made, it’s a religion, and requires faith.

Sure there’s global warming. Ten thousand years ago there was a mile of ice on top of Central Park, now it’s gone. It melted due to global warming. That’s happened countless times before and will again. It’s called glaciation and it’s a normal part of this planets climate cycle. People are observers, not causes.
Once Debbie Stabacow has said it, what’s left to be said?
I’d put more faith in what Burt says, about anything than what Debbie says period.

There’s always Jesse Ventura who says he knows global warming is real because it gets hot in his car when he’s sitting in traffic.

“Liberalism” is simply the political expression of the religion of Humanism, which began with the lie “you will be as gods”.
The earth has warmed and cooled hundreds of times in the 4.3 billion years it has been around. What’s new ?
Belief in God is one thing, and belief in religion is another.
The same folks who spend extra to buy organic because it’s “natural” can’t quite come to terms with the notion that the same glaciation process that brought us countless ice ages before is completely natural. If it’s going to freeze and then thaw, we will have to be in either a warming phase of the cycle or a cooling phase. Given a choice, I’d pick warming so no complaints from me.
Don’t let them weasel by changing Global Warming into Global Climate Change.
