Each year, the Grambling State University Tigers and the Southern University Jaguars get together to compete in the State Farm Bayou Classic. On Saturday, the 39th annual football game unfolded, with Southern winning 38-33. While the game likely exited a great many, it was the halftime show that distinguished itself as particularly memorable. The victorious school’s marching band coordinated themselves to spell out “Obama” on the field — an action that was noted by both supporters and critics of the president, alike.

. Southern University This is probably the biggest changing grades scandal in US history. It was found that an assistant registrar had changed grades from 1995 to 2003, when the story broke. It was discovered that the assistant registrar charged 541 students hundreds of dollars in over 2500 illegal transaction in order to change grades. Everything emerged when a young woman presented herself as a graduate of the school, but the school could find no record of her earning a degree. It was later determined that several students “earned” fake Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and teaching certifications.
CS Lewis begins Mere Christianity with a discourse on natural law, pointing out that in virtually any alterecation or disagreement, there is an appeal to a higher moral standard; that people don't so much disagree on the standard, but merely over who actually complied with it, or whether an exception to it is justified.
Such is the case with secularism. They don't really deny God or God's law, they merely think it's cool to defy it.
Interesting that you use the word “cool” to describe their attitude towards defying God.
This is, actually, the working definition of “cool”, if you examine it.
“Cool” is exhibiting just the “right” amount, above the average, level of defiance towards authority based on traditional and biblical values.

At least it didn’t say King Obama. The fact is a large percentage of voters (white and black) belong in a banana republic not a free republic.
