LONG BEACH - Dina Perrone likes to talk about sex, specifically how laws are used to control, regulate and prohibit sex and sexuality.
For example, in her "Sex, Sexuality, Crime & Punishment" course Perrone, an assistant professor in Cal State Long Beach's criminal justice department, will discuss Lawrence v. Texas, the United States Supreme Court's 2003 landmark decision making gay and lesbian sexual activity legal in every state.
"Sex, Sexuality, Crime & Punishment" will be one of the courses students can take toward the university's new Queer Studies minor, which will be available Fall 2013.

That person was a professor at Long Beach State but invented it on his own time. No one mentions this “holiday” in any literature about the Beach (I an an alumni).
BTW, only an academic calls the campus Cal State Long Beach. Most people call it Long Beach State or the Beach.
I went there for a semester in the early 80s for a music therapy certificate. I ended up quitting the program but stayed in LB for the remainder of the decade. We really liked it there, but it has sadly gone downhill it seems.

I suppose the perv wouldn’t like the proposed new German law. When reading it just now, it makes me think that a goodly percentage of the human race just need killing.
Germany to ban sex with animals: report
THE German government is about to reintroduce a ban on bestiality, after pressure from animal welfare groups.
Newspaper die Tageszeitung reports that the governing coalition are soon to amend the country’s Animal Welfare Act to make sex with animals punishable with a fine of up to 25,000 euros ($31,000).
Bestiality was legalised in Germany in 1969, the same year that gay sex was also removed from the criminal code. After that, sex with animals was only punishable if the animal was severely injured.
