This “artist” specializes in visual propaganda of the sort Stalin liked to posterize. Of course, he thinks his work is too important to censor, but if he had lived in the land of his heroes, he would have fallen afoul of some apparatchik and been dragged off to the gulag a long time ago.
I beg to differ. I think this "artist" would be, in the land of his heroes, a high-up party member in good standing, with his own prime Dacha.
