So now all felons have a right to custody of their kids?

That should go over well at the penitentiary.

It sounds like the right answer. The mother has already lost custody. She is evidently a mess. If the father is fit, as the judge has ruled, then it makes sense for him to come get them and take them home. It would not make sense for them to go into foster care when they have a father who wants them.

He’s been granted a “special” visa. Wanna bet it turns out to be an extra special one that allows him to stay in the US with his poor widdle children?
