Former presidential nominee John McCain is urging Republicans to confine their support for the unborn to rhetoric but abandon thoughts of enacting new legislation.
Appearing on Fox News Sunday over the weekend, the Arizona senator said the GOP needs a bigger tent to be successful in presidential elections, and part of that means dropping social issues important to conservatives.
Echoing the talking point that men should not weigh in on a female issue McCain said, I dont think anybody like me then pointed to himself before changing gears abruptly. I can state my position on abortion, but other than that, leave the issue alone, when we are in the kind of economic situation and, frankly, national security situation were in.

The world's most famous RINO finally wants us all to become God-hating democrats. He now calls defending the unborn "rhetoric". Just mindless talk. Please go away Juan. You have no shame. Better yet, how about doing something you've always wanted to do. Switch to the party of death. They will welcome you with open arms.

"...men should not weigh in on a female issue..." How is it a "female issue" when roughly 50% of those being aborted are male?!?!

McCain doesn’t have any principles, so he has difficulty understanding anyone who does. He also doesn’t understand that the problems he regards as important won’t be affected by him, one way or the other. McCain is to the economy as a blowfly is to sun spots. The same goes for national security. He is irrelevant. So there McCain, state your opinion, and then go find some geriatric hobby that will keep you out of the way.

Its kinda depressing when the last two GOP presidential races have resulted in our nominees being liberal democrats.

State your position, then leave the issue alone Hey McCain,
Do your job.
Give the issue back to the states like it was, and then 'leave the issue alone'.

we must keep sacrificing our progeny to molech I'm beginning to think illegal immigration is God's way of replacing a population that has abandoned Him. They have produced children while we have sacrificed our future generations on the alter of sexual gratification.

A bigger tent is fine. Problem is that you want to move the frickin' tent, and we're not budging.
Every time you say, "we need to be more inclusive", you follow it with a silent "and you need to shut up or leave".
Big tents don't stand well if you kick out all the main supports.
