Let's face it the GOP is folding. There will be a tax "on the rich" additionally I expect many of the loop holes will be closed resulting in a tax increase to "the middle class" and very few cuts to government outlays will occur. At the end of the day nothing will have changed except Obama will spike the ball and claim he saved the world from financial collapse.

After a month or so it will be obvious nothing changed except the dims won't be able to use their favorite mantra that the rich must pay their fair share. I suspect around March of 2013 they will redefine the rich as anyone making $75,000 or more.

I suspect the marxist democrats are moving toward defining “the rich” as anyone with an IRA or 401K ...

obviously people who set money aside with their own planning have more than they “need” and can “pay a little more”, two of obama’s favorite populist lines
