Maybe the House just passes whatever bill it thinks is best (with some entitlement and spending reform and, say, cap of $50,000 on deductions, whatever) and send it to the Senate to die (for what, the third time?).
How do we back out and get the Dem’s to own it? Nothing will pass without the House.
Now, if he’s saying go over the cliff and, as good, not pass a increase to the tax ceiling, I’m all for that. The “Let them Suffer” approach. But that will all be blamed on the GOP.

What? I'm sorry, but we're already being blamed for all the spending, about time we get some credit for actual cuts.
Bring up whatever Democrat budget bills are submitted in the House or passed by the Senate. Let the House vote on them, but all Republicans simply abstain. The bills will be sent to Obama passed by Rat votes only. If he signs them, the Dems own the consequences.

Yes, that’s it exactly. I wrote something similar to this the day after the election and posted it on Facebook. We have to drop out. A strategic retreat. Let them pass laws allowing marriage between humans and insects, let them pass laws against drinking coffee, let them make it illegal to wear blue socks on Tuesdays -
Don’t even show up in congress or the senate, don’t talk, don’t argue - just drop out and ignore them, and do whatever you want.
Oh, and nobody, nobody, pay taxes. They cannot arrest 56 million people.
