We CONTINUE to use Taxpayer dollars to fund this motley collection of third world dictators, egg-sucking petty tyrants, sheikdoms, socialist economic catastrophies and assorted other political monstrosities. We even allow them to ensconce their putrid butts on American soil and escape punishment for running over and raping American citizens.
