Rush rambled a bit long on this topic today, but within it there was the blueprint of what to do: piecemeal the pertinent, pressing, legislation that will benefit the real middle class, outside of the fiscal cliff bill...

• First, act on middle-class tax relief. Cement the Bush cut for those making $25K-$250K, make these the rates in perpetuity
• Second, start claiming Bobo's constituencies -- fund a new round of EB for six months maximum, but offset it by taking it from EITC earmarks; and also include legislation forcing the US Govt to recognize U6 (at 14.7%) as the new official US unemployment rate
• Finally, insist that any Bobocare penalty for the moochers come directly out of their EITC
