why don't they spend the money teaching the boys and men how to USE a condom rather than throw another responsibility on women....
Because they know guys are a lost cause. We know how to use them, most just don’t care.
THAT is the sum of the women's liberation movement - it liberated men from their responsibility to women. Like it or not, women have wound up responsible for the contraception, for carrying the child (or aborting it), for raising the child by herself and for supporting the family.
