What is laughable is that if any of these provisions are invoked by the federal gov’t, you cannot stop them.
You can file a lawsuit on constitutional grounds, but that will take years to grind along.
You will just have to submit until the courts get around to making a decision that is not always going to protect your rights.

BS. We have many checks and balances and if they fail then those responsible for them also failed, such as the Senate and the House. It is why we have the Second Amendment, to protect ourselves from a failed system.

Sorry but youare wrong, AMerica has the very leader it deserves, and we will reap the fruits of our folly, for years conservatives laughed at what the left was doing and did nothing to change it. We have allowed to 17th amendment to stand.

Tea Party candidates voted for the NDAA and NDRP. Not all of them but they contributed. Yes, BOzo is advancing the collapse rapidly but without the aid of (R)s, he couldn’t be doing what he’s doing. Romney might have slowed the collapse a little bit but he wasn’t about to save anything because that’s not the plan. The plan is to collapse the system so it can be replaced by what the one-worlders have been planning for a looong.

You’re absolutely right - I have come to realize there is no difference between the Republicans and Democrats. They are all part of the same corrupt system that wants to steal our wealth, prosperity and liberty. Everything you read and see on TV is a lie. All propaganda to manipulate you into allowing the government to steal your freedom. For more than a decade, Osama Bin Laden and the Muslims have been the Emmanuel Goldstein Bush II and Obama have used to justify abrogating the Constitution and bankrupting the nation. But the propaganda and manipulation was going on under Clinton and Bush I as well. America is a memory now. We live in a post-Constitutional era where the elites have some hidden agenda. They are moving very slowly so as not to provoke an armed response from the people. We are the frog in the slowly boiling pot of water, unaware of our peril until it will truly be too late. Don’t look to some NWO pretend-Republican candidate to save us in 2016. They are all part of the same scam.
