->> Crocodiles are protected in the Northern Territory and their numbers have increased steadily, resulting in a number of attacks on people,
That is the underlining problem. They need them thinned down.
The comments are saying from people who live in the northern area; that more deaths are happening/though, not reported commonly in the newspapers. So sad.

By all rights, that’s a nightmarish beast that should’ve been wiped out 65 million years ago with all the other nightmarish beasts, and it has NO place in the modern world. Should be a no limit open season on them until they’re all gone.
Now two more children are dead, horribly killed and eaten, and kumbayah libs will join hands and say the monsters need protecting! Feed the libs to the monsters, then exterminate the monsters!

excellent way to resolve a stinking situation....Or find out the names of all the activists and drop an alligator off in their backyard to take care of...

Some things just need to die. Easy enough to make a home brew grenade, or with a nearby power source and a lot of current drop a pair of leads in the water with a lot of juice.
Its shocking I say.

I never plan on going to Australia because, as far as I can tell pretty much everything there wants to kill you....and can.
Except the koala bear. Aussies have made the koala iconic simply out of appreciation that the bear doesn’t seem likely to strangle them in their sleep.

These tourists are over there paddling around in front of the hotel, and what's there? Sharp coral! Deadly currents! Sharks even! Really though.

Actually the koalas use this telepathic ray upon hapless citizens.

Some of these beasts are over 20 ft and weigh tons - I think an excatator is in order rather than a shovel!

I am sure the US deer population has a similar coalition demanding the same of the human race.

In this case it might be: Shoot, sink, and shut up.

Don't plan any walks out in the forests of Florida. Now, the alligators are on the endangered list, for a good number of years; they are multiplying. I am from Virginia. I see them; I want to shoot. Hubby says, no, can’t do it! Everything is so backwards anymore. My leftist neighbor thinks we are not to shoot them ever. Wait until one gets in their garage or gets their dog because it happens.

Maybe we should address the fact that stupid kids and, more important stupid parents that let kids, swim in waters where these creatures live. Now I am not against hunting them and managing their numbers, but, to wipe out an entire species because stupid humans want to swim where they happen to inhabit?
