I do believe some fraud did occur.

I just don’t believe that it was massive or otherwise systematic.

I also believe that it will occur again, possibly to a greater extent after further refining.

I mean, why not cheat if the GOP isn’t going to address or investigate it at all?

Why cheat? Do you know what cheating costs in the market place these days ~ it's major. It's far easier to just go find some goober and convince him he's a Democrat, get him registered, and get him to the polls to vote.
