A career officer, Colonel Osborn currently serves as circuit judge, Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Ft. Stewart, Georgia. She has also served overseas in Germany and Korea. Colonel Osborn was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service in Iraq.
