This could be VERY interesting. If these efforts are successful, then the State loses their “driving is a privelege and not a right” argument. If they “grant” DL’s as a “right,” then they are going to lose many an argument down the line. It is certainly worth keeping track of this effort....
Of course I don’t suspect government drones to do any thinking beyond their “stage 1” abilities.
