Richard Stokley was executed this morning by lethal injection.
He was convicted of the killing of two 13 year old girls in Elfrida. The killings happened in 1991.
Stokley's accomplice, Randy Brazeal, is free after serving a 20-year sentence.

(wonder when the other POS will kill again?)
He got to live 20+ years longer than those two little girls got to live.
Bye Bye assho!e-—hope you fry in hell!!!!
This is one of the reasons that some of us have lost faith in the criminal justice system. Brazeal should never have been allowed out of prison.
Good riddance to bad rubbish. At least they take the trash out in Arizona. Eventually. Here in Wisconsin they get life and the possibility of getting out. We just had two murders here about a month ago. The murderer killed two people in a camera shop in La Crosse, Wisconsin for some camera equipment. Which is why I favor bringing back hanging.
“The killings happened in 1991.”
In a sane world, the execution would have been no later than 1992....
This was a fair cop.
The one who went to prison almost got away because of a problem with the DNA evidence. It was new to criminal trials in 1991, took months to process, and his trial was about to begin. They didn’t even know that it would pass judicial muster.
So they offered him a 2nd degree to testify against the one who was just executed. After he accepted and was sentenced, the DNA results came through showing he was just as guilty.
But this was then, and they learned from the experience.
Pure dumb luck.
Why does the MSM always show the killer but never the people they’ve killed?
It’s tragic. I know that I wouldn’t want him living anywhere near me.
GRRRRREAT news! Thanks for posting. Why isn’t Nidal Hasan dead?
Seriously?! It took 21 years for us to put down a murderer of 2 young girls? The Arizona courts should ask forgiveness from these girls' family members.
AMF
That's all I need to know. The bass turd got what he had coming.
Some good news, even if it is 20 years late in coming.
News about the execution of a killer always brings a little joy to my day.
It shows me that at least a little sanity remains in this crazy world.
I will admit that the killers Arizona executes richly deserve it. They are a heinous group of monsters and the only regret is that they do not meet the hangman sooner.
In past I’ve proposed ways in which the process could be streamlined, but it mostly involves congress restricting what federal judges can do in such cases. It’s just wrong that they can prevent an execution just because they personally don’t like capital punishment.
