Makes you wonder why he waited almost four years to use this lame excuse for his departure. Better to lose a POS like this. Can you imagine him in a battle zone? When something went wrong, he'd point the finger at the soldiers under his command, instead of taking responsibility for his own bad decision. He was a prime candidate to die as a result of friendly fire.
