We have an old guy here where I live that is always on the highway with his motorised chair.It’s a matter of time before someone hits him.
I see people driving their chairs down the street even when a sidewalk is available. Even at night.
As you say, accidents waiting to happen.
Considering some fat a$$hole in a motorized cart almost ran over my foot in Costco the other day I’m getting tired of belligerent douchebags in motorized fat carts thinking that the world owes them something.
