There are a lot of people out there who are too lazy to work but who think the rest of society owes them a living. The difference is this guy only gets money from suckers who voluntarily give it to him. The other bums think that government should force the taxpayer to support them.
Saw a sign at a busy shopping center last week....CHANGE FOR THE DERANGED. The car in front of me handed money out the window to him. I guess they didn’t think that if he is deranged, he’d have a gov’t check.
