This article has some problems, especially in not clarifying the difference between “detention”, and “indictment, arrest, and trial”. With detention, you are *not* under arrest, so you do not get Mirandized, nor can you invoke habeus corpus, not can you get all the other protections afforded those who are IAT’ed.
The founding fathers went to great pains to protect against such a thing. This bozo is trying to disassemble everything they did. There should be no standing army in this country. I’m so glad I didn’t vote for this clown or any democrats lately. They are destroying everything!
