Nobody with half a brain would think CA is going in the right direction.
Left out "down the chute" and "totally down the crapper".

I used to like to go to Disneyland in California. Now, though, when I want to see Goofy and Dopey I just watch Obama and Biden on TV.

The wrong direction. All the pit bulls have AIDS, and cannibal voodoo churches are popping up everywhere.
California is a classic example of people wanting change yet vote the same people back into office and expect a different outcome.
Detroit has had Democratic mayors since 1962. Detroit voters never seem to learn that their political choices have pushed their city in the wrong direction. Why should California voters be different?
And Detroit peaked economically in 1964. Hmmm...
