Boy did we ever get it just now here in Japan. That thing rolled for at least 75 to 90 seconds.

Under the desk time. I hope for the people along the coast. Cannot write a lot right now. But I think first wave of tsunami might hit in about 10 minutes. Looks like 3 feet in height but with these things you never know. Could be smaller, could be taller, could be sooner, could be later. We are getting aftershocks here now again. 3:30 a.m. Eastern 12:30 a.m. Pacific Friday. All hands on deck.

The epicenter plot was east of the fault line. Good to hear you are OK. Have a look at the TEPCO webcam on Fukushima. We have been expecting a failure of the storage facility for the rods with the MOX if a 5 or greater hit the site.
