It seems more like Boehner and the GOPe are the ones trying to create a 'civil war' among its own party members.

In one corner, Boehner has been replacing some of the conservative chairpersons and has threatened that more replacements may be coming.

In the other corner, the Dump Boehner movement is gaining stream. They only need 16 apparently to keep Boehner from getting the speakership.

Why minimize one civil War over the other especially when the one you minimize is Obama's?
