Cedar Rapids has a miniscule Muslim population, but it has been in Iowa for a very long time (pre-World War 2) and is very organized. Despite its appearance on this list, Muslims in Iowa seem not to play any national leadership role.

What do these cities all have in common? They’re run by democrats.
It shores up my belief that cowardly American leftists are recruiting muslims because they need a surrogate army to kill conservatives.

So true. . .between critical Leadership in denial; and the power of Political Correctness (which should by now; be seen as the 'jack boot' to free and honest speech) and as well; influential Christian Churches who choose to exemplify Christian Love - by 'judgment' rooted in same destructive PC 'values' - we are now left with a Western Civilization; facing a unequivical death challenge.
Allen West recognized America's enemies; and post-Election; he is now; no longer, part of our Leadership in Washington. All too pathetic. Newt recognized the threat; but how many in DC listening. Marco Rubio 'tuned in'; but for how long... There is Leadership that has not yet been blinded. A Congressman just recently railed against the influence of Obama’s ‘Brotherhood’ Advisers. Have seen no follow up; no ‘significant reporting’; much less response. We need more; and louder voices; and less fear of the discussion and the challenge.
Meantime; Obama and his ‘Advisers’ are not in denial. They know ‘what is going on’; and they are certainly, in agreement to the ‘bigger picture’.
The task difficult and compounded; when a man such as Geert Wilders; has 'Visa's' declined because he is marked as an 'enemy/threat'- all as compromise to Muslim 'feelings' and for his ‘free’ - but not Approved - exercise of speech.
The 'battle' here; is of course; not one of 'hate'; but rather of Moral Reason. Cannot move 'forward' without it; and we know that; because the enemy we face; exemplifies what happens to cultures; who determinedly resist such influence.
