UMMM I HATE to tell you that MOST of the BS(Social Security, Medicare, the Welfare “Industry” and the like) did NOT originate w/ the “Boomer” Generation. They originated with the “Greatest” Generation(WW2) and the Generation before them(WW1). Booomer are just going to be the GREATEST Leeches on the systems as there is SO MANY of them and hitting the Retirment years at once.
Oh, really? This boomer served his country in time of war and many of my fellow boomer Marines names are on The Wall. I went to college on the GI Bill, graduated, got a job, paid my taxes, got married and raised a family of Christian conservatives, obeyed the law and was a good neighbor. Yes, you are right.
