As House Speaker John Boehner continues to hide the details of what happened and why during his conservative purge of House committees, House Budget Committee chairman Rep. Paul Ryan is eschewing comment and instead directing all inquiries about the purge to Boehners office.
For several days, spokespeople for Ryan the Republican Partys most recent vice presidential candidate whos widely rumored to be positioning himself to run for president in 2016 have refused to answer any questions about whether Ryan was involved and, if he was, what role he played.
Then, on Friday, Ryan spokesman William Allison would not deny Ryans involvement in the purge. We are going to defer you to the Speakers office and the Steering Committee, Allison told Breitbart News when asked if Ryan was involved and supported Boehner's move.
A spokesman for Boehner didnt return a request for comment when asked if Ryan was involved.

In case you have seen latest polls, the American people are overwhelmingly with Obama and the RATS on this. The American people want higher taxes with no spending cuts.
Ryan was okay. Not great. He won the debate polls...but that had much to do with Biden acting like a fool. The problem with a guy like Ryan or Rubio being a vp candidate is that you are completely handled by the campaign. I realized this in 1996 when Jack Kemp sounded like a different person. These two are excellent when speaking for themselves
I agree through. I think Ryan’s role needs to be as a senior legislator, not presidential candidate. He is not a great stump speaker. He gave an excellent speech when announced, and his convention speech was a highlight. His town halls were great. He does very well in tv interviews when is on his own away from handlers. He was not superb in the big rallies. He’s just not that kind of guy.
Rubio has that skill in abundance. In respect, be would have been a better choice....I am not sure he was interested, though.
Well I’m going to take all that stonewalling as a “yes”.
RINOs Sticking together
I am Shocked
Remember when a few of us called Bush out, for what he was, the flame throwers were brought out? I do.
Live and learn folks, there is only one party, the Royals.
Check the Rubio fan threads.
Crud...Ryan just another RINO. Where have all the conservatives gone?
I don’t consider myself an expert.
Ryan, for all his smarts, had never held a leadership position in Washington or Madison.
Mitt got the nomination by running for president for 6 years and now that he’s dropped off the map, you don’t hear any GOPers saying they miss him. There is no Romneyism or Ryanism. Middle of the road equals Democrat lite. As Harry Truman said, the public will choose a real Democrat over a fake Democrat every time.
“”Are you sure about this? This is ridiculous.”
Sure that Hillary has more balls than RINOmney and Robin put together?
Of course.
