The Last Chance for the Republican Party
Tea Party Nation ^ | 12/8/12 | Judson Phillips

According to the Mayans, the world will end on December 21. The world probably won’t end on December 21, but something else may end around that date.

What is it and what can we do about it?

December 21 of this year might herald the end of the Republican Party as a major political party.

At this point, the Republican Party is making it very plain that the only role it expects conservatives to have is to be cheerleaders for the establishment and be boots on the ground for people like John Boehner or the next great RINO hope, Jeb Bush.

We have the House, 30 Governorships, at least that many state legislatures, and even Michigan is enacting Right To Work.

The Republicans are not done. However, the Democrats are in serious danger, and here's why:

(1) In the last midterm election 30 million Democrats forgot to vote. They got skinned.

(2) In the last Presidential election 4 million Democrats forgot to vote ~ they'd voted in 2008 ~ and considering death rates, etc., the loss was probably more like 8 million Democrats forgot to vote, but that was made up with 4 million newly registered Democrats.

(3) The current Democrat leadership elite are old and moldy ~ Nancy Pelosi is obviously senile but they keep her on, enthralled with her in fact ~ proving that the rest of the Democrats in the House are at least senile. Chucky Schumer is one of the younger Democrat senators who can read ~ some of them are actually blind drunk all the time. That's not going to carry the day.

There's not a Democrat in the country, not even Obamugabe who is unaware of the contrast. Their party is doomed.

Two factors in this last election which pubbies need to get a handle on, i.e. abortion, and fraud. Solve that double Gordian knot and the dems could be eliminated.

“Their party is doomed.”

I like your attitude. Good things come to those who wait but while we’re waiting, we’ll enable the inevitable.

OK, I have a serious question of everyone here on FR who is cursing Boehner. WHAT DO YOU WANT HIM TO DO? I dare say, there is no consensus on that question so why all the cursing of Boehner when those doing the cursing cannot agree among themselves.

We have good conservatives with varying ideas. Let's hear them.

What seems to cause you to post only from a single source?
What causes you to excerpt those posts needlessly?

Classic blogpimping. Hard to deny, isn’t it?

In my mind the Republican Party is already dead. They’ve had more than enough chances. I won’t give a dime or a vote to their candidates again.

I’ve about given up on the GOP. My areas of disagreement is now a bit greater than my areas of disagreement with Libertarians and, despite those areas or what you might think of Libertarians, they are true to their principles. The company of honest people is refreshing even with disagreement on some points.
