All crime, no matter how petty can lead to bad results....sometimes death. Solution don't steal other peoples property. In Texas if you catch one on your property stealing you are legally within your rights to kill them. I would not hesitate to do so!!!

I’d suggest that you stick to pandering to peace loving Palis and keep yourself out of the war zone in the once and future Republic of Texas.

This was at Walmart. They have a NASA capable camera array on the roof taking in every square inch of the parking lot, and, word has it, the bottoms of the toilets lest gangbangers and MS13 members carve initials in them!

They have it all on film ~

But as I always say no bullet holes in the front windshield, nobody was trying to run you down!

I am in Houston and I saw this on our local news last night. They said the officer was being dragged by the car and feared he was going to go under it and be run over. They showed a photo of his shoes in the parking lot where he was pulled out of them.

I knew there had to be more to this story than what the cop haters have posted.

“I am disgusted at how little life is held as treasure these days. Do something people don’t like and you get the thumbs down in the Arena.

Stupid, stupid man.”

Exercising your Inner Liberal, I see.

As a self described Christian, and having lived in Israel, how can you not understand the Commandment “Don’t Steal”.

Just because she is black, why does she have a right to keep stealing from Walmart. Note the “keep stealing” because she was caught once before and was violating both the Court order and a certain Commandment.

As for her being a mother of two, want to bet on her being mommie to a couple of welfare bastards whelped for the welfare money she gets for having borne them?

If you have a reason why she should be allowed to steal, please post them, as I would be quite curious about why you seem to consider her death a wrongful one.

Really? I know a lot of cops who, if they tried to shoot the driver, would wind up shooting someone in the back seat, or even behind the car, or out on the street, or anywhere his weapon was pointed (note I didn’t say aimed).

Don’t attribute to malice what should be attributed to needing lots more range time.

In the state of Texas, all sworn Peace Officers (city/county/state) have the responsibility to be a Peace Officer 24 hours a day. I know that personally since I was a Deputy in Texas before I quit and moved to Japan.

Off balance cop being dragged off his feet - the bullet could have gone anywhere. Be glad it hit a peep and not a bystander.

if he’d really feared being run over he’d shot the driver through the front windshield of course!

How? Wasn't he knocked out of his shoes/dragged on the side of the car?

Yeah, you don't want to be anywhere near a big box store or market when the lights go out, or the EBT cards flash ERROR.

“What part of taking down a licence plate vs use of deadly force did this BOZO not understand? This lady may be a shop lifter, but last I noticed it did not carry the death penalty.”

This is Houston, Texas, sir. You would have to know Texas law to understand. In Texas, if one is fleeing with ‘your’ goods, you have the right to stop them. The officer in this case was protecting ‘his’ goods as an employee of Wal-Mart.

Notice that's being left out. Boy, that officer better not be white or he is screwed even if they ran him over.

“In fact, these posters are no better than and indistinguisable from an Islamic mob.”

May I ask what justifies your equating FReepers with Islamic mob members?

Are those earrings, is it an untied bow tie, is a shirt collar, or is it two neckties with the skinny ends pulled over her shoulders?

Based on this article alone, I would agree. However, other sources indicate that she hooked the cop with the open driver's door while trying to back out of the space. An unusual set of circumstances, but just as potentially deadly as being hit with the front bumper. Unless the security cameras tell a different story, I think this one qualifies as a defensive shooting.

Father? Probably numerous deadbeat sperm donors.
