If Hillary wants to be president she will be, unless 0bama likes the power so much he wants a third term.
If 0bama does recognize existing law and leaves after two terms, Hillary will win in a 35-state rout. The country`s too gone now.
Obama can issue an executive order declaring himself president for life. Sure, it’s illegal, but that hasn’t stopped him before. And who else will stop him? Certainly not Congress or the Supremes.
