Occupier Lisa Fithian Training Union Activists for Michigan Protests

Yahoo News is reporting that far-left anarchist Lisa Fithian is training protestors in Michigan on "direct action techniques" in preparation for the upcoming right-to-work protests. Fithian, exposed in the film Occupy Unmasked, is the radical frequently employed by labor unions such as the United Auto Workers. With Fithian involved, look for fireworks in the coming days in the battle for Michigan to become a right-to-work state.

According to Yahoo:

More than 200 activists attended training Saturday in preparation for a protest at the Michigan Capitol, where lawmakers are putting the final touches on legislation that would allow workers to stop paying union dues.

Between chants, cheers and applause, organizers warned those at the training to be prepared for insults and obstruction Tuesday in Lansing. The volunteers lined up on opposite sides of a long hall at UAW Local 600 in suburban Detroit and took turn turns portraying protesters and union critics.

Gee with all their power and money couldn't the unions just get a new legislature and governor in the next election and repeal the right to work law? Isn't that how democratic republics are supposed to work? It is scary that unions think they need to employ Bolshevik tactics to get what they want.

Does anyone else see the hypocrisy playing out in Michigan with the right-to-work pending legislation and protest? It is funny how the Left is pro-choice on one very specific issue but against choice when it comes to individual liberty and freedom.

In this instance it is playing out with an individual decision to bec ome a union member. Should not middle income American workers be able to determine where they want their wages, (already horribly depressed in this economy), to go? Obviously not -- seems the liberal progressives' definition of liberty is someone taking the liberty to decide what is best for you and your life. To me, that is tyranny!
