How did that little land grab down in Africa work out? where All the white farm owners were thrown out (Or Killed) and productivity dropped like a rock.
As I recall, that little land grab worked out perfectly. A strongman took over the economy, gave his tribesmen and relatives all the land formerly worked by damnable white folk, and the former exporter of produce became a massive recipient of U.N. and U.S. aid. As an added benefit, tribal warfare, formerly held in sustainable check, became the historic norm once again.
I think that the situation would be a bit different in a United Stated denuded of white influence. I do not believe that the huge migration of Latin Americans would take kindly to or be tolerant of Black tribal governance. I will take a wild, uneducated guess that the Latino/ Hispanic influx would gently persuade our Black brothers and sisters to move on, move out, or learn Spanish (with the provision that work or live in abject, life-ending poverty is their new paradigm.)
