They're working on it but the tyrants in the appeals court overturned the people's will. Federal court blocks Oklahoma ban on Shariah law 11JAN12 OKLAHOMA CITY An amendment that would ban Oklahoma courts from considering international or Islamic law discriminates against religions and a Muslim community leader has the right to challenge its constitutionality, a federal appeals court said Tuesday. The court in Denver upheld U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange's order blocking implementation of the amendment shortly after it was approved by 70 percent of Oklahoma voters in November 2010. Muneer Awad, the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Oklahoma, sued to block the law from taking effect, arguing that the Save Our State Amendment violated his First Amendment rights." They sided w/ Cair-Hamas.

It is long past time to stop treating black-robes as gods.
When they usurp constitutions it is time to make life difficult for them.
If we had a real Congress, the chick tyrant judge would be fearing for her job. Her compatriots on the appeals court should be fearing for theirs as well.
Unfortunately, we are so corrupt as to probably be fit for nothing other than despotic government.

Its really reaching the point where more vigorous actions need to be taken to effectuate the defense of America against enemies from within.
If Sharia doesn’t constitute an Establishment of religion, I don’t know what does, and if it doesn’t bans against Christian prayer and creches certainly don’t either.
These damn judges and courts need to be dealt with - one way or another.
