I agree. It is time for state governments to simply advise these judges that based on the 10th Amendment the state will not accept the arbitrary ruling of an individual federal judge.

Not long ago, I would have suggested we put pressure on Congress to do its job and defend representative government.
Nowadays, considering the fact of Hussein's continuance in power and the near certain demise of our republic, I agree with you. I hope state governors understand and act on the fact that they can do a lot to stymie the statists.
