To kill that many people, the shooter had to have re-loaded at some point. Everyone else was helplessly disarmed. If even one teacher had a gun, who knows how many people could have been saved. What a terrible tragedy.

Earlier reports said that the person who took out the shooter was an armed teacher. This hasn't yet been confirmed, though.

They (news reports) said he had mulitple guns...but I agree with you...he had to reload at some time

The shooter had several guns (either two or four, the reports vary), so he probably didn’t have to reload.
