The original ROE of Roe V. Wade claimed she was raped, because her lawyers thought that emotional issue would help sway judges, and it worked. She later confessed that this was a lie.

Of course, she also had her child before the case was decided, and she loved that child, and is now a pro-life activist.

So, how do you know that the woman was raped? In some cases they will of course show trauma, and they will identify their rapist and prosecute.

But they could also claim they were drunk and didn’t give permission for sex, and don’t remember which guy they went home with. Or they could say their boyfriend took advantage of them but they don’t want to prosecute him. They could claim date rape drug, or say the didn’t get a good look at the man who did it.

Or they could do like that one family who killed their kid, and just make up a description of the “rapist” that will never match anybody.

Imagine being a kid, and being aware, and knowing your life hinges on how good your mother is at lying.

The shootings yesterday remind me of this — we hate most when kids are murdered, and yet the democrats pushing gun control are happy to cut kids up with knives and suck their body parts out, simply because those kids are an inconvenience to women.

they could also claim they were drunk and didn’t give permission for sex,

This doesn’t hold true for the man if he were also drunk. If a woman can be “too drunk to consent” then a man can too.
