This week here in Tampa, A female social worker went to a mentally challenged black mans home to help him with some legal papers.... he chased her down the street and stabbed her to death with a 10 inch butchers knife multiple times.... The media.... He couldn't help himself, he was off his meds.... Oh and he had a violent past....
