oh but it can’t......anymore than legislation can be passed to make people obey the law. That is the point. So many of these so called laws do nothing but fill up paper.

And I didn’t answer the initiated part...sorry for that. The truth is that with out a full out revival and return to the God of our father’s none of this will change. I tend to think that we may well be in the end times or at least very close to it. I believe that things are going to get much worse before they get any better
