I don’t like that either and I don’t think THAT’S constitutional either oddly enough but that’s what I got from the ruling.

It’s my understanding that the Supreme Court ruling held that Obamacare is a tax, and that only the House of Representatives can okay a tax. The Dems then started calling it not a tax, but a tariff.
unintended consequences to a 3000 page bill that no one read, that effects one sixth of the economy, who knew??
