WASHINGTON — Two days after the shooting deaths of 26 people at a Newtown, Conn., elementary school, Sen. Dianne Feinstein pledged Sunday that she would introduce new gun-control legislation at the beginning of next year’s congressional session.

“It [the bill] will ban the sale, the transfer, the transportation and the possession,” the California senator said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “Not retroactively, but prospectively. And it will ban the same for big clips, drums or strips of more than 10 bullets.”

This is predictable. Next will be Socialist Senator Sanders proposing a Constitutional amendment to repeal the Second Amendment.

I hope all the freepers that stayed home on election day are the first ones to get their guns taken away because that’s where it’s going.

Here is what I wrote to her:

“Dear senator Feinstein,

The second amendment applies to everyone.
It defines an INALIENABLE right.
Inalienable, as in inseparable.
Your rights and mine come not from the government but from our creator, who is above all of us.
Thus our right to self defense is inviolable.
It is fundamental and necessary to preserve our liberties.
The second amendment says “shall not be infringed”.
Please do not infringe upon anyone’s right, yours or mine.
Signed
A former Californian. “

I no longer live in California, but I still wrote to her.

I don’t know if it will do any good but I have exercised my right to petition my government for redress of wrongs.

I no longer live in California, due to its implosion in regards to jobs, and most importantly its heavy handed infringement of G-d given rights.

How many bullets will the govn. let us buy, if it goes that far? I think that is the next assault - limit the number of bullets one can buy.

That was the Ted Kennedy tactic.

Knowing Feinstein, she just bought stock in large magazine manufacturers. Sales are going to explode. Remember their motto-”Never let a crisis go to waste.”

I voted for Romney but let's be honest here. He'd sign an AWB just as fast as Obama would. The blame lies in our failure to field enough electable Senate candidates to take it back. The only thing now that can possibly stop this will be our weak House majority.

I didn’t do anything wrong, I should not be punished. Let Chucky Schumer and DiFi strap on the body armor and come and take it.

This will raise, once again, the question is there any Obama Regime action that is so far over the line that citizens won’t stand for it. If new sales or transfers of assault style rifles are banned and all magazines over 10 rounds are prohibited, will that be far enough? Probably not. If the law is passed to make continued ownership of such rifles and magazines illegal, will millions of gun owners say that shall not stand and march on Washington?
