Mark has the $ to fight this, truth is an absolute defense, and when discovery proves mickey moron to be a fraud, many people who have been attacked by the left will have fattened wallets paid for by M. Moron and the university(PA if I remember). If this moron actually has filed suit, all of the universities(successful) work to protect the email and data from FOIA just got flushed, god I hope this is true. ALGORE must be wetting himself.
I just skimmed it without study. He certainly claims, more than, once that he shares a Nobel Prize. He also claims that his "Hockey Stick" chart is accurate. It seems simple to me that a single data point showing it's not true will exonerate Steyn and NRO. I believe there are thousands of reputable references that can prove that.
