When you poke G_d in the eye enough, He finally takes his hand of protection away. This applies to us as a country, even thought we were established as a G_dly nation.

Our State Department and current White House, just keep poking, then ask repeatedly why G_d allows bad things to happen. When told that maybe G_d has removed his hand of protection, they shout down and ridicule the messenger. G_d has said, “I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you,”when speaking of Israel. Again, our judicial and executive branches of government just keep on poking.
